Beginner Sessions
If your pitcher meets these criteria, she belongs in the Beginner Session!

Brand new to pitching

Not yet throwing consistent strikes

Needs a stronger understanding of foundational mechanics
What to expect:

Step-by-step instruction for a basic fastball

Simple breakdown of proper mechanics

Weekly progression that builds on each session

Focus on confidence, accuracy, and speed
Intermediate/Advanced Sessions
If your pitcher meets these criteria, she belongs in the Intermediate / Advanced Session!

Already throwing 60ā70% strikes

Has solid foundational mechanics and understanding of the basics
What to expect:

Refine proper foundational mechanics

Develop command to specific locations over the plate

Introduce or fine-tune a change-up and a movement pitch

Focus on building confidence, accuracy, and pitch variety
Individual Lessons
One-on-one personalized pitching instruction tailored to the athlete’s skill level and goals, focusing on mechanics, accuracy, speed, and mental approach.
Open Sessions
Small group sessions designed to develop pitching fundamentals, foster healthy competition, and allow for peer feedback in a supportive, team-like environment.
Open sessions on Mondays must be done at CoastalSportsCenter
Space is limited, so be sure to book ahead of time.
Camps
Single & Multi-day events offer comprehensive pitching development, including drills, game-like scenarios, and mental training, perfect for building skills and confidence in a fun setting.
Winter Academies
6 Week, focused training sessions targeting specific aspects of pitching fundamentals such as snap, arm path/whip, leg drive, front side resistance, timing, etc. Pitchers will learn through drill work and repetitions. Great for beginners and players wanting to fine-tune mechanics.
